Answers to what you're wondering.

Core NOK 190, Growth NOK 590 and Elite NOK 1,290 per month. Modules of your choice are included: 1, 3 and 6. Extra modules cost NOK 149 per month each.

GoRabbit comes in three plans, and all of them include Core — the foundation with campaigns, content production, publishing and approval. Core costs NOK 190 per month and includes one module of your choice. Growth costs NOK 590 and includes three. Elite costs NOK 1,290 and includes six. If you need more modules than your plan gives you, each additional module costs NOK 149 per month. All plans are billed monthly with no lock-in, and you get a 30-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 30 days of purchase and your first payment is refunded in full.

Core gives you one module, Growth three and Elite six — your choice. Modules beyond that cost NOK 149 per month each.

Your plan decides how many modules are included, not which ones. Core gives you one, Growth three and Elite six, and you choose freely among the modules available. If you pick more than your plan includes, each extra module costs NOK 149 per month — the same price regardless of which module it is and how many you have. You can add or remove modules whenever you like, and the change takes effect at the next billing. The old discount tiers are gone: the price is flat and easy to calculate.

Core: 1 campaign and no projects. Growth: 3 and 3. Elite: 10 and 10.

Your plan decides how much you can have running at once. Core gives you one active campaign. Growth gives three active campaigns and three projects. Elite gives ten of each. A project is a way of keeping several brands or ventures separate, with their own campaigns and content. The limit applies to active campaigns, so you can pause one and start another without changing plan. If you need more than Elite provides, we will discuss a tailored agreement.

Core: Facebook. Growth: + Instagram, LinkedIn and email. Elite: all channels. SMS is an add-on.

Core publishes to Facebook. Growth adds Instagram, LinkedIn and email. Elite gives you all channels. SMS is an add-on agreed separately, because every message costs money at the operator. If you pick a channel your plan does not include, you see it immediately in the campaign builder, and the campaign cannot be started until the channel is within your plan.

No. Monthly billing, no lock-in — and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

No. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like, and the change takes effect from the next billing period. No notice period and no fees. On top of that you have a 30-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 30 days of purchase and your first payment is refunded in full, with access ending immediately. If you cancel later, the subscription runs to the end of the current billing period. You should be a customer because it works, not because you are locked in.

Card, invoice and direct debit — you pick the method in account settings.

We support the common payment methods for small and medium-sized businesses in Europe: card (Visa, Mastercard), invoice (for business customers after credit check) and direct debit via our payment provider. You pick the method in your account settings and can change it whenever you want. Invoices are sent electronically and contain everything you need for accounting. If you have special requirements — such as a purchase order or fixed quarterly billing instead of monthly — get in touch and we'll find a solution.

You can export everything in open formats. Personal data is deleted within 30 days after export.

Your data is yours. When you cancel, you get the opportunity to export everything you've put in — customer lists, campaigns, images, segments and performance data — in open formats (CSV, JSON). After export we delete your personal data in line with GDPR — within 30 days unless you've requested otherwise. Aggregated and anonymised patterns may be retained as part of the platform's general learning, but never in a way that can be traced back to you or your customers. Prices are ex. VAT — 25% VAT added for Norwegian businesses, EU rules apply for cross-border.

Prices shown on gorabbit.no are exclusive of VAT. For Norwegian businesses 25% VAT is added on the invoice. For customers in other EU countries VAT is handled according to the rules for cross-border digital services (typically reverse charge for B2B). If you have a VAT number registered on your business account, the invoice will reflect that automatically. Questions about invoicing and VAT can be sent to gorabbit@nicelife.io.
